Publishing with impact: insights from UniSA's researchers

This workshop features guest speaker, Dr Jimmy Cao, who shares tips for those new to publishing to help you maximise your opportunities to be published with impact. Dr Cao is a UniSA researcher with experience in publishing. Selected top tips from other UniSA researchers and UniSA Library will also be featured. Questions welcome!

In this session Dr Jimmy Cao will share his top tips and advice for publishing with impact. Jimmy Cao is a researcher in Information Technology in UniSA STEM and is currently leading the Human-Agent Interaction and Learning (HAIL) research area. His research focusses on building the bridge between human cognition and AI agents and their applications to support decision-making in a wide range of applications including in healthcare, transport and space.

Jimmy has published extensively in top journals in his field, along with serving as guest and associate editor for numerous journals and being an active member on a range of conference and journal committees. Furthermore, he has received numerous grants and awards for his research.
